Coach, Ryan Rendon
Ryan was born in Kerrville, Texas, and graduated from Fredericksburg High School in 2011. He then served six years of active duty in the United States Air Force and continues to serve at Lackland Air Force Base as a reservist. He married his wife, Andrea, in 2020, and they have one son, Rowan, with another son on the way!
Ryan's CrossFit journey started in 2013 when he joined a CrossFit gym in California where he was stationed during his time in the Air Force. After a couple of years of doing CrossFit, he had tried other fitness routines, but none of them affected or motivated him like CrossFit did. He truly feels that there is no other fitness routine that can provide all-around better results like CrossFit programming can.
After six years of learning and working out, he finally mustered the courage to start participating in CrossFit competitions with fellow athletes from the gym. As a competitor, he took his fitness to the next level, consistently achieving incredible new gym goals.
Now, he is wholeheartedly dedicated to assisting others in the local community to attain their fitness objectives. When he's not coaching or working out at the gym, he relishes spending time with his family, church community, and indulging in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and playing sports.
